Traders were working across four legacy tools with delayed data. Every second of lag cost money, and the existing UI could not render live order books without freezing.
Our approach

Rebuilt the front end in React with a Canvas renderer for order books and charts.

Designed keyboard-first workflows with traders sitting beside the team.
The outcome
UI update latency: < 10ms · Tools consolidated: 4 → 1 · Under peak load: 60fps. The Nexus Capital team now owns the full codebase and documentation, with Promettis on hand for ongoing improvements.
